58mm Stainless Steel Portafilter - Compared to the common 51mm filter, offers a thinner powder layer and higher extraction efficiency with the same powder volume. With a plastic-free 58mm brewing head and low-pressure pre-soaking, it ensures thorough extraction, producing espresso with a delicate taste and rich oil.

Advanced Dual Boiler - TUNI semi-automatic espresso machine heats in just 3 seconds, extracting rich oil for a delicious espresso. Its thickened 10mm steam wand produces dry, dense microfoam milk, perfect for lattes and cappuccinos.

IMD Touch Design - Discover unparalleled convenience with our espresso machine's touch screen control. Choose between double-shot or manual mode for one-touch extraction or a customized experience. Maximize the unique flavors of each coffee bean for a truly personalized coffee experience with the TUNI coffee maker.

Italian 20Bar ULKA Water Pump - The 1800w TUNI semi-automatic espresso machine is equipped with an authentic Italian 20Bar ULKA water pump and an integrated visual pressure gauge. FAQ

1. Why isn't my espresso machine reaching the optimal pressure?

Possible reasons include incorrect grind size (too coarse), insufficient coffee dose, uneven tamping, or scale buildup in the machine. Ensure you’re using finely ground coffee, filling the portafilter properly, tamping evenly, and descaling regularly. Or contact support@tunicafe.com

2. Why does my espresso taste weak or bitter?

Weak espresso may result from under-extraction (grind too coarse, low pressure, or short brew time). Bitterness often comes from over-extraction (grind too fine, excessive brew time, or overheated water). Adjust grind size, dose, and extraction time to balance flavor.

Espresso for a new hobbyist

I’ve had the machine for about a month now, and way before I bought, I had been researching down the rabbit hole of everything espresso. Months of research, and together with me being a newbie at espresso, I bought this Tuni E2.

What sold me was the strong features like dual boiler, 58mm commercial sizing, pressure gauge, temperature control, and pre infusion. Aluminium boiler with stainless steel piping, and all stainless steel group head with all stainless steel porta filter, no I am not drinking any plastic. Touch screen PID with a manual mode, auto coffee mode that is programmable, heavyweight stainless steel spouted portafilter, and a couple good baskets for single or double shot espresso, ribbed tamp, and a nice milk jog for steaming. It can get insanely easy to get lost in too much fluff about how to do espresso, but I spoke with Tuni for weeks with lots of questions and they were excellent in answering every little question I had; it must have been more than 20 questions before I even bought anything.

I have made probably more than 150 shots of espresso by now for myself and my family, and I look forward to making coffee everyday now. I make hot chocolate with the steam wand, i make espresso martinis, and lots of cappuccinos too.

Its simple enough for a beginner to deal with, but once I have it 100% figured out with different bean roast levels, specialty coffee, and steaming milk technique, I can imagine this to be an awesome machine in a few years still.

No 3-way solenoid, but an OPV that works, and I only wait about 10 seconds for the pressure to come down so I can remove the portafilter. There are so so so many brands out there, but their E2 is really strong for the price, and I’m happy to say their customer service is as well, even before I spent a dime. I will report back for longevity reasons, but I have zero regrets thus far.

I am running this with a fellow opus grinder.
